GradedLabs.com Rack Rental Tokens
All rack rental token purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable to any third party unless a prior licensing agreement is agreed upon in writing. Electronic accounts suspect of being used by any party other than the purchaser or single intended recipient are subject to revocation without prior notice at the complete and sole discretion of Internetwork Expert or GradedLabs.com. Accounts suspended in this manner are ineligible for refund or store credit for any used or unused tokens.
Amazon.com Gift Card Offer
The free Amazon.com gift card offer is available with 5-Day and 12-Day Bootcamp class purchases only. Payment must be received in full before the gift card will be sent. Any discounts, whether promotional, company-specific, or agreed upon by a sales representative for a bootcamp will automatically forfeit the free gift card, unless a special arrangement is made in writing between the purchaser and our company in advance. Any bootcamp cancellation or reschedule will adhere to our “Class Cancellation” policy below, with the additional stipulation that the amount of the Amazon.com gift card will be deducted from any refund credit or compensation. Please allow up to 4 weeks after full payment is received on an order before the gift card is issued.
Class Cancellation & Reschedule
Classes purchased at full price and with no special offers or additions are fully refundable if cancelled 30 days before the class start date. Classes registered for that are not cancelled at least 30 days prior to the start of class are non-refundable. Students canceling class within 30 days of the start date will be allowed to reschedule the same class at a later date, subject to availability, however no refunds will be issued. At the discretion of Internetwork Expert, a credit minus 10% of what you paid for the class can be applied to your account for use towards any other product or service we offer. Classes cancelled by Internetwork Expert are fully refundable minus the retail cost of any product or service plus any shipping cost received as part of signing up for the class. Internetwork Expert shall not be liable for any lost travel or various and sundry expenses related to a cancelled class or service. Classes at least 30 days away, whose dates are shifted no more than 2 weeks ahead or back from when originally planned, shall be considered "rescheduled", not "cancelled"; and Internetwork Expert is not liable for any expenses incurred as a result of the rescheduled class.
Class Auditing (Re-Seating)
Customers are allowed to re-audit any class they have previously attended, free of charge*, subject to availability. Auditing students are expected to bring their original course material and remote equipment access if applicable, as Internetwork Expert supplied equipment or course materials may be limited. If equipment or course material is desired, contact our sales team to discuss options to access Internetwork Expert supplied equipment. Additionally, if any special discounts were provided on your initial class purchase, you may be required to make up the cost difference to the full cost of the class prior to re-seating. *The re-seat cost of the class itself is free-of-charge; however any "All-Inclusive" 12-Day Bootcamps do require the student to pay Internetwork Expert a fee of $1,995 to cover the cost of the included hotel, meals, and food for the bootcamp. Class Recordings
Customers of online classes are eligible for unlimited access to the recorded session of the original class they attended. Eligibility for access to additional recordings, including any additional classes audited by the student, is not implied, and no warranty is given or liability is incurred by Internetwork Expert related to the availability of class recordings for any and all time frames. Access to recordings is non-transferable to any third party and may be revoked without notice at any time at the discretion of Internetwork Expert.
Mock Labs and Assessments
Mock Lab exams and assessments cancelled 14 days prior to the scheduled exam time are fully refundable with the exception that any product or service related to the exam, including but not limited to exam material, has been received. Mock lab exams and assessments registered for or cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled date and those which have been delivered supplementary materials related to the exam are non-refundable. Students canceling scheduled dates within 14 days of said date will be issued a non-transferable store credit to take the same assessment at a later time not to exceed 12 months from the purchase date and subject to availability. Mock lab exams and assessments cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled date are ineligible for ANY refunds or store credit, except at the sole discretion of Internetwork Expert.
Equipment Rentals
All equipment and rack rental sales are final and non-refundable. Equipment rentals may be rescheduled a maximum of 7 days prior to the scheduled date for a nominal processing fee. Rescheduling of equipment rental dates within 7 days of the scheduled date is not permitted. Cancellations of rental dates within 7 days of the scheduled date are ineligible for refunds or store credit, except at the discretion of Internetwork Expert. No warranty is given or liability is incurred by Internetwork Expert related to the functionality or access to equipment during the said rental period. Credit related to equipment problems may be given at the discretion of Internetwork Expert depending on the nature of the problem occurrence.
Printed Products
All printed product sales, including but not limited to lab workbooks, are final and non-refundable. Exchange is permitted for the same product due to a damaged shipment within 7 days of receipt by the customer. Return and exchange shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer, except at the discretion of Internetwork Expert. Any discounts, price modifications, or special deals offered by our Sales team associates or website are only valid when purchased directly through InternetworkExpert.com by the end-user, and not valid through any of Internetwork Expert's affiliates, partners, or resellers.
Same Day Shipping Policy
All Internetwork Expert products that require shipping and are purchased by 3pm PDT on the weekdays will be mailed out on the same day. Products purchased on Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday.

Price Changes & Refunds
Product pricing is subject to change without notice. If the price of a purchased product drops within 7 days of the original purchase date a store credit will be issued for the price difference. This store credit is non-transferable and expires 12 months from the date of the original purchase. All sales are final and non-refundable, except at Internetwork Expert's sole discretion if the refund is requested in writing within 7 days of purchase. Store credits may not be converted into a cash refund.
