If you are looking for technical guidance and real-time support throughout the lab - this is the perfect solution. Further increasing the realism of our Mock Lab Exams, lab candidates start the day by meeting with the lab proctor through our online classroom.
The lab proctor then starts the morning session with an introduction on how to access the equipment, the lab material, and how to ask questions. Throughout the 8-hour lab exam the proctor is available to help clarify the requirements of the lab tasks and to assist in troubleshooting any suspected hardware issues.
This environment further helps to prepare candidates with how to format questions to the actual lab proctor and what type of responses to receive back. Changing the Codes and Product Names

Recently we at Internetwork Expert have implemented a new product coding and naming system to alleviate any confusion between our product lines. While nearly all of the product codes have changed, the most important new naming conventions apply to our Lab Workbooks, as candidates typically refer to these products by their product codes.  Previously known as IEWB-RS, our Routing & Switching Lab Workbook has now been broken up into three separate volumes: IEWB-RS-VOL1, IEWB-RS-VOL2, and IEWB-RS-VOL3.  These new naming conventions reflect the recommended progression through our products to obtain a structured learning approach to the CCIE certification. 

The new CCIE Routing & Switching Lab Workbook Volume I (IEWB-RS-VOL1), previously known as the CCIE Routing & Switching Advanced Technologies Labs, consists of over 200 hands-on individually focused technology labs that present topics in an easy to follow, goal-oriented step-by-step approach.  These labs have been updated to Version 4.1.

The new CCIE Routing & Switching Lab Workbook Volume II (IEWB-RS-VOL2), previously known as the CCIE Routing & Switching Lab Workbook, or IEWB-RS, consists of 20 full scale lab scenarios designed from the ground up based on Cisco Systems' newest specification for the CCIE Routing & Switching Lab Exam.  These labs have been updated to Version 4.1, and come with the Routing & Switching Lab Workbook Volume II Solutions Guide (IEWBS-RS-VOL2) at no charge.

The new Routing & Switching Lab Workbook Volume III (IEWB-RS-VOL3), previously known as the CCIE Routing & Switching Core Lab Workbook, or IECWB-RS, consists of 10 lab scenarios designed specifically to improve your speed and accuracy at the configuration and verification of the core CCIE Routing & Switching lab technologies.  These labs are currently in Version 4.0.

Outside of the Routing & Switching track, the other three tracks of Security (SC), Service Provider (SP), and Voice (VO) offered by Internetwork Expert now contain Lab Workbook Volume I and Lab Workbook Volume II. The product codes for these workbooks follow the product code naming convention of IEWB-XX-VOL1 and IEWB-XX-VOL2 where XX represents the 2-digit code for each track. Included with the Lab Workbook Volume II in EVERY track is the Lab Workbook Volume II Solutions Guide at no charge.

We hope that this information will clarify any discrepancies with our new product codes and we recommend that you become familiar with these new product codes as they will be the new standard for Internetwork Expert.

I just wanted to drop a quick note to say thanks for the great material you provided – I used every one of them (VoD, R&S Audio Class, Lab Workbook Volume III, R&S Workbook Volume II, etc). It enabled me to pass the R&S lab on the first try. You were right on the money when you said the real lab would be equivalent to your labs with a difficulty of ~8.

Also, the Mock Labs were invaluable.  The biggest lesson I learned from them was to double and triple check – which paid off in the real lab.  In the real lab I finished all tasks with 3 hours left over for double checking and I found lots of mistakes…

Anyway, I sincerely appreciate the quality of your work.  In fact, while I was sitting in the foyer waiting to go into the lab I was recommending your products to other candidates.

Briefing from INTEROP Las Vegas - May 20-25, 2007

Business.  Technology.  One week.  One place. 
Attending INTEROP 2007 in Las Vegas, Nevada, was an exciting milestone for Internetwork Expert.  The exposition was held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center on the Vegas Strip.  One of our instructors, Brian McGahan (CCIE #8593); Stan Yee, Corporate Sales Manager; and Mike Bishop, Inbound Sales Manager, represented and promoted our company's training products and services to nearly 45,000 attendees. 
We met many prospective CCIE's and corporate training managers, and also many of our previous successful CCIE’s stopped by to say hello too. We were also very honored to have Terry Slattery (CCIE #1026), President of Netcordia and the first CCIE in the entire world outside of Cisco, drop by and comment on our training program.
