Will LockLizard™ work on my Mac or Linux computer?

No, unfortunately for security purposes, LockLizard™-protected files are only viewable on Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, or Vista.

Can I print my LockLizard™-protected PDF files?

Yes, you can. Your current license will permit you to print each document up to twice. You can only print to physical printers, as the application will not allow you to print to PDF or other soft-printers.

How many computers can I view the documents on?

Your license will allow you to view your document on up to two computers only (typically a desktop and laptop).

My file stopped working after 7 days - how can I view it again?

Your license requires that you connect to the internet at least every 7 days to verify the license file and check for any updates to it. If you fail to log on to the internet for a period exceeding 7 days, the file will become locked until you connect to the internet again to re-authenticate.
