Routing & Switching Technical Development Engineer
The Routing & Switching Technical Development Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and testing new technical content for existing and new INE Routing & Switching products and services. As an INE Technical Development Engineer you will need to have the ability to effectively communicate technical knowledge in a clear and consise manner on paper, as well as be able to test, verify, and support any related content.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of configuring technologies such as Ethernet, Frame Relay, RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, IPv6, Multicast, MPLS, Security and QoS on Cisco IOS routers and Catalyst switches
- 5+ Years professional experience in a related technology area
- Active CCIE Routing & Switching certification required
- In depth understanding of the various Cisco certifications and training classes a plus
- Previous experience with content development or technical documentation is required
- Education: BS or equivalent industry experience

Security Technical Development Engineer
The Security Technical Development Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and testing new technical content for existing and new INE Security products and services. As an INE Technical Development Engineer you will need to have the ability to effectively communicate technical knowledge in a clear and consise manner on paper, as well as be able to test, verify, and support any related content.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of configuring technologies such as Cisco ASA, IPS, VPN Technologies (IPSec, SSL, DMVPN, PKI etc), Identity Management (AAA, IBNS, etc), recent IOS security features (e.g. ZFW)
- 5+ Years professional experience in a related technology area
- Active CCIE Security Certification required
- In depth understanding of the various Cisco certifications and training classes a plus
- Previous experience with content development or technical documentation is required
- Education: BS or equivalent industry experience

Service Provider Technical Development Engineer
The Service Provider Technical Development Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and testing new technical content for existing and new INE Service Provider products and services. As an INE Technical Development Engineer you will need to have the ability to effectively communicate technical knowledge in a clear and consise manner on paper, as well as be able to test, verify, and support any related content.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of configuring technologies such as Ethernet, Frame Relay, ATM, RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, MPLS VPNs, MPLS TE, Inter-AS Multicast, and QoS on Cisco IOS router and Cisco Catalyst switches
- 5+ Years professional experience in a related technology area
- Active CCIE Service Provider Certifciation required
- In depth understanding of the various Cisco certifications and training classes a plus
- Previous experience with content development or technical documentation a plus
- Education: BS or equivalent industry experience

Voice Technical Development Engineer & Instructor
As a developer, the person is responsible for designing, implementing, and testing new technical content for existing and new INE Voice products and services. The person will need to have the ability to effectively communicate technical knowledge in a clear and consise manner on paper, as well as be able to test, verify, and support any related content. As an instructor, the person is responsible for teaching online and onsite CCIE Voice training classes, up to 2 weeks a month.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of configuring technologies such as Catalyst 3750, Ethernet VLANs, Frame-Relay technologies, IOS Voice Gateways, CUCM, Unity Connection, CUCCX, CUCME/CUE, CUPS and QoS on Cisco IOS routers and switches
- 5+ Years professional experience in a related technology area
- Active CCIE Voice Certification and CCSI status are required
- Previous experience with content development and teaching required
- Ability to be on the road two weeks a month
- Education: BS or equivalent industry experience
