Each of the labs contained in Internetwork Expert's CCIE Routing & Switching Lab Workbook Volume III is designed to be configured within a 4-hour time frame. Scenarios in the workbook are broken down into 5 core technology sections. The 5 core technology sections are as follows:

1. Catalyst 3550
2. Frame Relay
3. HDLC/PPP
4. Interior Gateway Routing (RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, and Route Redistibution)

Hardware

However, since only core technologies are tested upon, the feature set support is not as strict.
