How long will it take to process my order?
For electronic product orders please allow 1 business day for processing and verification. For in-stock printed product orders please allow 1 - 2 business days before your order is shipped.
How much does shipping cost?

How does the online classroom work?
Internetwork Expert's online classroom uses a Adobe Flash based platform to allow real-time voice conversation, text chat, application sharing, and whiteboard interaction between the students and teachers. All that is required to attend an online class session is an internet connection and the latest Flash Player release (Windows, MAC, and *nix supported)

Rack Rentals
What are the requirements for accessing the equipment?
The only requirement for rack rental access is to be able to telnet across the Internet at TCP port 23.
I signed up for rack time, now what?
You will receive an email from support@internetworkexpert.com with your login information before your scheduled date and time.
How do I connect to the access server?
Login as "rackX" where X is your rack number using the instructions you were emailed.
What do I do once I'm on the access server?
Issue the "show hosts" command to see the host mappings. Reverse telnet to them by typing the hostname and pressing enter.
How do I get back to the access server once I'm connected to a router/switch?
Issue the escape sequence CTRL-SHIFT-6-X. To do so hold ctrl and shift, hit 6, release all keys, then hit X.
Can I connect to the devices directly without using the access server?
Yes. Login as "rackXrY" and "rackXswY" where X is the rack number and Y is the device number. The password is the same for all devices as per your email instructions.
What do I do if I can't login?
If you get the "Authentication Failed" message your login and/or password are incorrect. Recheck your schedule to ensure you are logging in at the correct date and time and using the correct login information. If you do not get any error message and the connection simply closes the line must be cleared.
How do I clear a line?
To clear the console line of the access server login as "clearrackX" where X is the rack number using the same password that's contained in your email. To clear an individual device line login to the access server and issue the "clear line Z" command where Z is the line number. To see the active connections and their line numbers issue the "show line" command

How do I get the solutions for IEWB-RS?
Create an account at members.internetworkexpert.com using the same email address that you placed your order with. Your access will be upgraded once your order has been processed. All printed workbooks receive a printed copy of the 1000+ page solutions guide free of charge.
Will there be updates to IEWB-RS?
Errata and solutions guide updates will be posted in the members area for that respective product. Upgrades to future versions are covered free of charge via our exclusive Investment Protection Program.
Is there a formal method and/or process to report a possible issue with the labs or solutions?
We have a ticketing system to help track any issues (bugs) with our products. If you feel you have run into a "bug" in any of our products, e-mail the details of your issue to bug@internetworkexpert.com. This will automatically generate a ticket that is handled by our new quality control team. The quality control team will work closely with the development team to ensure your issue is handled properly. Bug reports will be responded to within two business days. This will allow time for us to verify and/or recreate the issue. This is by far the best support service in the industry!
What if I don't have an issue to report but I would like to discuss a lab task or solution?
Our discussion forum is the best place to discuss these types of questions. Our forum is actively moderated by the authors, Brian Dennis and Brian McGahan, along with hundreds of networking professionals like yourself.
What is the difference between the printed and electronic IEWB-RS?
The printed products are hardcopies that will be shipped to you by a method of your choosing. The electronic version is the same material in Adobe PDF format.
Can I print the electronic IEWB-RS?
Yes. The IEWB-RS electronic version is printable and downloadable.
If I upgrade to a printed version will I lose my electronic access?
No.
Do I have to be online to read the electronic IEWB-RS workbook?
No you do not need to be online. You can download and save the PDFs locally on your computer.
