"The overall expertise of the instructors gave me a clearer understanding of what it means to be an expert. Additionally, the team atmosphere that developed as a result of everyone working towards a common goal (high level) was pleasing."
"This was a fantastic class and I will recommend it to all the IT personnel
in my area. The Brian's have a true passion for teaching. The took the
time to teach to all of us at all our different levels.
"Overall, the bootcamp was OUTSTANDING!!! "
"The "Brians" were willing to answer my numerous questions without showing signs of getting irritated and overall did a very good job. Both seemed to have a very strong grasp of the subject matter honed thru years of doing this and were able to correctly answer the overwhelming majority of complex at times questions."

Overview:
Travel to any one of our onsite training centers or attend online from the comfort of your home or office, and join our highly certified team of CCIE instructors for 5 full days of comprehensive CCIE Security lab exam training. This bootcamp will help candidates who are nearing their CCIE lab dates to hone and consolidate their technical knowledge into an organized and effective strategy for passing their CCIE lab exam.
Internetwork Expert's CCIE Security 5 Day Bootcamp is a one-week live Instructor-led class series delivered in both live onsite, live online, and online class-on-demand format. This class is part lecture, part hands-on, and focuses both on developing a structured approach to CCIE Lab strategy and advanced hands-on scenarios. For the live classes, students will each have access to a dedicated rack of Cisco equipment that consists of the latest CCIE Security equipment and platforms as outlined by the CCIE lab blueprint. For the class-on-demand format, students can rent rack access to practice the scenarios on at their convenience.
Learning Outcomes:
The goal of this bootcamp is for students to finish fully prepared to take (and PASS!) their CCIE Security lab exam anywhere from 1 - 4 weeks afterwards. While ultimate success is up to each individual, our instructors will ensure that every participant has the tools and information they'll need to be successful.
Recommended Background:
Introductory CCIE material is not covered, and candidates for this class should already have a firm understanding of the technologies on the CCIE Security lab exam blueprint. Every participant must have already completed our Security Advanced Technologies Class-on-Demand; as well as be familiar and comfortable performing at least the first 5 labs in our Volume II Workbook.
This class will also benefit CCIE candidates who may have attempted the actual CCIE Lab Exam without passing and feel they need to learn a more advanced and structured approach to CCIE Lab strategies like time management and advanced topic implementation.

Investment Protection Program:
Included free with your purchase is our Investment Protection Program, which guarantees that we'll allow you to re-attend this course for free at any time after your first class; whether you feel you need a "refresher course" right before you take your lab, or if you do not pass on your first try and need to re-take the bootcamp before attempting the lab again.
Bootcamp Layout:
The CCIE Lab strategy portion of class covers topics such as what to expect the day of your lab, how to distinguish between Layer 2 and Layer 3 topologies, how to prioritize tasks, how to build and verify the network, how to manage your time, and how to track your progress as the instructors walk you step-by-step through various CCIE Lab scenarios.
During the first three days of the hands-on portion of class students will be provided with advanced, technology-focused scenarios not found in any of our other product lines. Students will spend half of their time during these days working LIVE on the equipment configuring these scenarios and the other half with the instructors walking through the configurations as well as answering any technology specific questions.
For the fourth day of hands-on, students will be provided with a unique full-scale 8-hour lab scenario to configure. The following day this scenario will be reviewed step-by-step with the instructors and detailed explanations will be provided about the technologies covered, interpretations of the questions, and common mistakes the students have made with relation to each topic.

The following is a condensed list of the topics that will be covered during the Bootcamp. The class goes over the theoretical as well as practical aspects of the below mentioned technologies. Notice that the list is just a guideline, and does not exhaust all technologies discussed during the class.

Live Editions vs. Class-on-Demand Edition:
Internetwork Expert's CCIE Security 5-Day Bootcamp comes in two live editions and a Class-on-Demand edition. These classes are identical in content and materials covered. The only difference is that with our live bootcamps, the students will choose specific training dates to either travel to an onsite class (students responsible for travel expenses), or an online class (no travel expenses; students can log in from the comfort of their home or office).
These editions will most benefit students who can take the time to attend a full week of class and feel that they learn best in an environment where they can directly interact with the instructor and other CCIE candidates. The Class-on-Demand edition consists of online recordings of one of our recent live online classes; and students choosing this option can watch the videos on a more flexible timescale. All students who attend a live edition class will still receive the class-on-demand edition as well, free of charge, after they complete their bootcamp. This way, they can go back and review any materials over again as they feel necessary.
