I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thanks for the great material you provided - I used every one of them (VoD, audio, core wkbk, R&S wkbk, etc) . It enabled me to pass the R&S lab on the first try this past Friday. You were right on the money when you said the real lab would be equivalent to your labs with a difficulty of ~8.

Also, the mock labs were invaluable. The biggest lesson I learned from them was to double and triple check - which paid off in the real lab. In the real lab I finished all tasks with 3 hours left over for double checking and I found lots of mistakes...

Anyway, I sincerely appreciate the quality of your work. In fact, while I was sitting in the foyer waiting to go into the lab I was recommending your products to other candidates.
