This class will also benefit CCIE candidates who may have attempted the actual CCIE Lab Exam without passing and feel they need to learn a more advanced and structured approach to CCIE Lab strategy. Candidates can greatly enhance their knowledge and understanding of such advanced topics as Inter-AS MPLS VPNs, Service Provider Multicast & QoS, and troubleshooting MPLS Traffic Engineering before attempting the Lab again.

Recommended Background:

Introductory CCIE material is not covered, and candidates for this class should already have a firm understanding of the technologies on the CCIE SP lab exam blueprint. Students are expected to have attended the CCIE Service Provider Advanced Technologies Class or watched the CCIE Service Provider Advanced Technologies Class-on-Demand.  In addition students should be familiar and comfortable performing at least the first 5 labs in our Volume II Workbook.

INE’s CCIE Service Provider 5-Day Bootcamp consists of a combination of lecture-style instruction focusing on the technologies covered in the CCIE SP lab exam and how to develop a structured approach to CCIE Lab strategy, along with advanced, 8-hour hands-on configuration of lab scenarios.

During the hands-on portion of class, students will spend their time working LIVE on the equipment configuring three 8-hour mock lab exam scenarios not found in any of our other product lines.  The day following each scenario the lab will be reviewed step-by-step with the instructors and detailed explanations will be provided about the technologies covered, interpretations of the questions, and common mistakes the students have made with relation to each topic.

The CCIE Lab strategy portion of class covers topics such as what to expect the day of your lab, how to prioritize tasks, how to build and verify the network, how to manage your time, and how to track your progress as the instructors walk you step-by-step through various CCIE Lab scenarios.

Differences between the 5 Day Live Editions and the Class-on-Demand Edition:

Internetwork Expert's CCIE Service Provider 5-Day Bootcamp comes in two live editions and a Class-on-Demand edition. These classes are identical in content and materials covered. The only difference is that with our live bootcamps, the students will choose specific training dates to either travel to an onsite class, or an online class (no travel expenses; students can log in from the comfort of their home or office). These editions will most benefit students who can take the time to attend a full week of class and feel that they learn best in an environment where they can directly interact with the instructor and other CCIE candidates.
